The EPC is an integral part of the HIP pack and is basically an ' energy health check' of your property. We are happy to offer FREE advice about energy savings!
In October 2008 all rental properties will require an EPC. If you are a landlord and believe you will be affected by this new legislation then please call us to obtain our EPC which will cover your property for 10 years.
